Wake Up in Mexico: Weekend Brunch at Cavita London!

Brunch at Cavita is not just a meal—it is a gathering, a ritual, a taste of Mexico’s weekend table brought to the heart of Marylebone.
Every Saturday and Sunday, from 11:30am, our kitchen awakens with the aromas of fire and chile, of corn pressed into warm tortillas, of slow-smoked meats and bright salsas. It is a moment to pause, to nourish, to share.
The Dishes That Tell StoriesOur chilaquiles arrive bubbling with morita chile and tomato sauce, crowned with a fried egg—or layered with chicken or chorizo if your soul calls for it. The enmoladas con pollo are a love letter to Oaxaca, tortillas bathed in rich mole and folded with grilled chicken.

For those who crave the vibrant spirit of Yucatán, our cochinita pibil offers tender, slow-smoked pork shoulder, brightened with achiote, guaca salsa, and pickled onions. Or choose huevos con nopal, a plate of chargrilled cactus, guajillo sauce, and fried eggs—earthy, fiery, unforgettable.

Vegetarians and vegans are never an afterthought: from our tetelas stuffed with courgette flower and chickpeas to brochetas de hongos, smoky king oyster mushrooms in red adobo. Every plate honours Mexico’s vegetables, grains, and heritage with care.

The Drinks That Awaken To sip, we offer more than coffee and juice. Our bar comes alive with aguas frescas, house tepache, and mezcal brunch cocktails that glow with hibiscus, honey, and spice. A Cavita margarita at noon? In Mexico, it’s tradition to toast the weekend with joy.
The Spirit of Brunch Our brunch is not hurried. It is a time to linger. To share plates across the table. To sip slowly, laugh loudly, and let Sunday stretch a little longer.
In Marylebone Village, Cavita’s brunch is both a feast and a fiesta—a place where food, fire, and community meet.
Join us every Saturday & Sunday, 11:30am – 3pm. Come hungry, come curious, come with friends. Mexico is waiting at your table.
