Every visit matters. Every voice too.

Cavita exists because of the people who walk through our door. We take your experience seriously and when something falls short, we want to know. Our journey has been anything but ordinary. Through every step, we've focused on staying true to our values and making space for thoughtful, lasting work.

How we listen

After your visit, you may receive a short survey by email or SMS. We read every response. We share them with the team. We use them to improve.

If something is not right during your visit, please speak to any member of the team or ask for a manager. We would always rather know in the moment.

You can also reach us directly at any time at contact@cavitarestaurant.com — we aim to respond within 48 hours.

We monitor Google, TripAdvisor and other platforms and respond to all reviews, positive and critical.

How we respond

When something goes wrong, we will acknowledge it promptly, investigate honestly, and tell you what we are doing about it. We do not consider a complaint closed until you are satisfied with our response.

If you feel your concern has not been addressed, you are welcome to contact our Operations Director, Ana Lucia Alonso, directly at contact@cavitarestaurant.com.

How we use your feedback

Guest feedback is reviewed by senior management after every service. Scores and comments are shared with the full team at our monthly meetings. Where patterns emerge, we act on them — in the kitchen, in service, and in how we run the restaurant.

Your data

Any personal information you share with us — through a reservation, a survey, or direct contact — is handled with care and in accordance with UK data protection law. We will never sell your data or share it with anyone outside of the trusted services we use to operate the restaurant.

You can read our full Privacy Policy here, or contact us at contact@cavitarestaurant.com to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time.

Nutrition & Wellbeing

We Care About What We Serve

At Cavita, every dish starts with a simple question: does this do right by the person eating it? We're not chasing wellness trends or health-washing our menu, we're after honest ingredients, cooked with care, that nourish as much as they comfort.

Our kitchen is built on the Milpa, corn, chile, beans and squash — the plant-based foundation of Mexican cooking for centuries. We're cooking with less red meat each year, reserving it for the few dishes that earn it, and giving more space to vegetables, legumes and seasonal fish.

Vegetables aren't a side thought at Cavita, they're on every plate that leaves the kitchen, whether that's the dish itself or what sits beside it. A taco isn't complete without something green or growing next to it; a main isn't finished until there's a vegetable doing real work on the plate, not just decorating it. It's a small discipline that adds up to a menu that feeds you properly, not just satisfies you.

We work with growers who prioritise soil health and biodiversity, Flourish Produce, one of our key partners, is Soil Association certified organic and regenerative. Where we import specialty ingredients like coffee and cacao, we're working to build the same standard of transparency into those relationships.

We source produce grown without unnecessary pesticides, working with growers who prioritise soil health and biodiversity over yield. Where we import coffee, cacao, spices, we choose fair trade relationships that pay growers properly, not just the lowest price available.

We don't take shortcuts. We ferment, preserve and cook from scratch, avoiding ultra processed ingredients. And because eating with confidence is part of caring for our guests, every dish on our menu carries full allergen information, so you can choose without needing to ask twice.

This isn't a "healthy menu" claim. It's simply how we understand cooking well, and it shapes every plate that leaves our kitchen.
